Twitter was sent into meltdown when one user shared a photo of the fashion designer with the caption:
Vera who turns 71 next month, has been posting fierce looks to Instagram amid the Coronavirus lockdown.
Fans have been left in awe of her incredible physique exclaiming she must have discovered the fountain of youth.
One wrote, "Vera, the eternal teenager 👋👋👋👋👋❤️❤️❤️❤️."

Vera recently spoke to Harper's Bazaar about her workout habits during quarantine and said she continues to exercise most days, even if she doesn't particularly enjoy it.
