Amanda Bynes' lawyer has set the record straight, revealing the actress is not pregnant like she claimed in an Instagram post last month. In March, Byrnes’ then fiancee, Paul Michael, was first to share the baby news on his Instagram, uploading an ultrasound photo alongside the caption: “Baby in the making.” Bynes also shared the same ultrasound picture alongside the post: “Baby on board.” The photos have since been deleted.
“Amanda is not pregnant and she is not residing in a sober living facility.” Esquibias also spoke to Entertainment Tonight, adding, “She is sheltering in a safe location and is doing very well.” Last month, Esquibias told Fox News that Bynes was seeking treatment for her “mental health”. “Any reports that Amanda is suffering from drug or alcohol addiction issues are completely false. She is seeking treatment for ongoing mental health issues,” Esquibias said. In more sad news, Bynes and Michael have also called off their engagement. The pair met in rehab and got engaged after three months of dating.
