So, we officially feel old as Rupert Grint and his girlfriend Georgia Groome have announced the birth of a baby girl. The news is quite bizarre to us as we only officially realised Grint was dating Gromme, who’s know for her role in Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging this year, despite the couple being together for the last 9 years.
Grint has been open about wanting children in his 30’s, telling The Guardian in 2018 that turning 30 felt a little hollow without children. “Turning 30 felt strange. It just doesn’t feel like I’m there yet and I don’t know what the future holds.
“I’m just going to go with the flow, keep playing interesting characters and see what happens. “I’d like to settle down and have kids soon. If I had a son, would I call him Ron? “It’s quite a good name, but probably not. And Grint’s a tough name to pair a one-syllable first name with," he said.
The couple are yet to confirm the name of their daughter.
